"If you have any other options do not go here. The storefront is a mess and the sales people/order system is the same way. Everytime my husband needs to reorder cpap supplies it is a nightmare. You are supposed to order online but there is always a problem. Calling or going in person does not help.They always say we messed up but don't seem to care. They don't call back when they say they will or don't answer the phone and don't return messages. The orders "get stuck" somewhere in the system for various reasons but the staff does not take the time to do anything unless forced to. The staff is always different. It seems if the management was good they could keep employees around who would over time become knowledgeable. We would have purchased medical furniture for my mother-in-law here but because of our experiences went elsewhere."

"My experience with this company, is hopeless, not once,but two times they sent me the wrong masks, their service sucks,they won't answer the phone, you can leave a message, and they won't call u back, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.,I told them I didn't want there service anymore, but they still mailed it to me, they took to long to send me my refills ,and they lie.,I read the reviews, and they have more bad than good..,but I wanted give them a chance..the reviews was right. "Take your chances at McDonald's or selling crack before considering working here. this place is a joke the owners a great guy but feel like he is going to lose his business because of the guy he has in charge of hiring drivers and doing deliveries. Hopefully he will fire this guy and put someone in charge that actually cares about people not just drivers but the patience as well..His name is Gillie. He is unprofessional disrespectful and will lie to you every chance he gets. He will talk to you like a dog try to start stuff between you and your co-workers make you drive unsafe vehicles no air conditioning bald tires tags out of date he will tell you he will fix them but conveniently never gets around to it. This place has lost four drivers and one office staff and the matter of 2 weeks.. if you need medical equipment recommend to your insurance company rotech or lincare."
