"The people who work there are very helpful but the men’s section for shaving and hair etc. looks like a backwater and the prices for razor blades are out of this world."
"This pharmacy definitely gets 5 stars from little old me. I am not a picky person and rarely complain. I had a bad experience with a generic drug and told this pharmacy about it. They found an alternative, called me to discuss, and filled it promptly. Thank you Tom and the crew for your patience and excellent service. Your willingness to go the extra mile for me made a huge difference in my quality of life."
"After a long hour and the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in the 15 years that I’ve been a CVS customer (at the Fruitville/Honore CVS,) I found that this CVS at Clark/Honore was still open! I quickly rushed over, hoping that they would have the medicine my daughter needed. There were two gentlemen behind the pharmacy counter (I think their names were Thomas and Omid), they greeted me with concern, a smile, an apology and quickly offered to help before I was even able to finish my rant about my experience at the other CVS. I was in and out within less than 5 minutes, with the medication I needed - and a smile! I couldn’t have asked for better customer service!! Thank you both, so very much for being exceptional and informative!"
"The policies recently instituted (leave messages) by CVS are completely opposite patient care. left a message yesterday, of course they never returned the call. Tried 24hrs later and got a similar runaround. Tried going through the provider line to get info, the punk clerk hung up on me!!!!! Went to the store to find out, turns out the med is unobtainium and no idea when. Had they returned my call from yesterday I could have worked on it yesterday. The parasite punk actually taunted me upon leaving the store. Just shows CVS doesn't give a damn about patient care, being recently post op. The normal pharmacist who is amazing, was away this week. If I wanted the jab, they'd have jumped over the counter. Sad state of affairs."
"I shop at the cvs a few times per week. The manager and consistent workers know my face and my little one when she is with me. I am disappointed this Friday morning, that female employee that was stocking products didn't even acknowledge my presence yet she went out of her way to ask a younger shopper that just walked into the store, if she needed help. I left with two bags and was in the store , practically the only customer almost for at least 15minutes. She was down the same aisles as me a few times. I guess she only speaks when she feels like it. I take a course in ethics but annually and her customer service skills needs a tune up. I give four starts because the pharmacist team (most not all) and the manager are Genuinely nice. I just think she shouldn't assist anyone at all if she picks and chooses who she thinks can use help and not. I wouldn't dare treat my clients as such."
