"I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent visit to this clinic. As a patient, I believe it is crucial to provide feedback to help enhance the overall patient experience. Excessive Wait Time: On the day of my appointment, I arrived promptly at 10:30 AM for my scheduled visit. Unfortunately, I waited until almost 1 PM to see Dr. Waiting for over two and a half hours significantly impacted my day and left me feeling frustrated. Privacy Concerns: When I was finally brought into a cubicle, I was surprised by its small size. Not only was it cramped, but I could also hear conversations from neighboring cubicles. As a patient, I value privacy, especially when discussing personal health matters. I expressed my discomfort to the nurse, who agreed to continue our conversation by lowering her voice. However, this initial experience left me uneasy. Inability to Combine Procedures: During our consultation, I inquired about the possibility of performing both a colonoscopy and an endoscopy simultaneously. I was surprised when Dr informed me that this was not feasible. Lack of Clear Communication: When my name was called, it was by a random person from the back. Typically, a nurse comes out, opens the door, and guides patients to their designated rooms. Instead, I was left confused and unsure of where to go. The abruptness of the interaction—resembling a cattle call—was both unprofessional and disconcerting. In summary, my overall experience during my visit was subpar. As a patient, I value timely appointments, privacy, and clear communication. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and consider making improvements to enhance patient satisfaction. "My appointment was for 8am and at 10am I was still waiting. The doctor saw me for a total of 5 minutes. Also I received a voice recording confirming my check up. When i arrived they had me scheduled for a colonoscopy. Just Awful. Arrive 750 for a 8am appointment 8:50 they take my blood pressure. A 1 minute procedure. 10am still waiting."
"Today both my parents went to the center to have their colon done. I am an anesthesia provider so I know what should be done in these procedures. I asked to go in and the nurse was a little reluctant to let me in. When I was inside the attention was fine; not excellent. They took my father first and then my mother I wanted to wait in the recovery area and they didn’t let me; they told me I was going to be called in when my father came out. I saw my dad come out while they were taking my mom. I waited outside for 45 min anxiously thinking something was wrong. I knew my dad was out of the procedure for about 30 min now. It’s not okay! My parents have comorbidities; and that’s why I woke up at 4 am and drove 3 hrs that day to be with them!!!! They were calling back to the recovery area family members from patients that arrived after us. It’s unacceptable to let my parents both walk out without calling me inside to see them beforehand!"
"My dad was having a every six month check up in this place. Everything is horrible i had no good experience at all. they have my dad to do an ultrasound every time before the visit. we always did the ultrasound at least 1 week before to give both places a good amount of time for them to get all the reports ready. i went there three times. every time with a extremely long wait at least 2 hours and more. every time they need the patient themselves to call to request a ultrasound results, while this they their only job. this morning same thing happened again. they are saying without the report they can't see me, while getting the report is their job. they have to to pay every single time and every single time they fail to do their job. if there could be a negative star for this place going to be a negative infinite. i am even hesitate to give this location a one star. After a whole 2 hour wait, they tell me they still didn't receive any fax from my imagine center, I call the imagine center again to make sure, they even sent it twice. and the employee finally to go the fax machine and check, guess what, they run out of paper in the fax machine this whole time. Employees don't want to get up and check any possible way why they can't receive the fax, and just open their mouth saying they don't have it. No apologize, and even blame it on the imagine center, saying that they are the one who made the mistakes."
"My husband went in for an endoscopy his appointment was at 12 noon. He was not prepared for the proceder to see the doctor until 1:37pm and then everyone in the office began to leave. There was no one to notify or let us know the status of the patient if he was in recovery or in the procedure. Outpatient centers across south Florida all have a coordinator at the front or a tv screen with the initials of the patient in recovery, or even a phone line next to the door to call the recovery nurse. This center did not have either. I had to knock 3 times hard on the door to ask one of the nurse for a status. I asked around 3:30 pm for a status but there were other patients too and their families were also complaining and concerned as to why we had no information."
