"Both my dogs come here , I have always been happy with Dr Kate's and Lauren is absolutely amazing my pups love her ."
"My german shepherd 7yrs old had a neutering 12/7/23 - 2 days later he was paralyzed and put down. 12/12 picked up his ashes and was told i was being charged which i disagreed with when they miss diagnosed my dog - Dr kate grabbed the bag with ashes out my hands and threatened me with an attorney and calling cops bc all of sudden i was trespassing. Ive been bringing my german shepherd here for years - met Dr Kate only my first visit to introduce herself and a second time when she put my dog down. Never saw her the years bringing my dog there. Idk who actually examined my dog. Ive only communicated with Lauren, not sure what her position is. Receptionist, vet tech? I was never told. My dog started to pee blood one day and Lauren informed me that we have to neuter him or he wont last long and could die stating prostate issues but they never checked his prostate. Dropped my dog off at 8:15am to get neutered informed them that my dog the past week is limping, yelping - please examine, him before doing the procedure. Lauren called me informed me that my dog has a mild hip dysplasia and arthritis nothing to worry about and we have to do neutering bc we already put him under anesthesia. Picked my dog up at 4:30pm very disheveled. Next day 12/8 he was barely walking, still limping heavy, on 12/9 my boy could not move his back legs at all. Around noon before they closed - called Dr kates pet clinic letting them know my dog legs are not moving - they said its no big deal - its the Tramadol (pain meds he's on). Never told to bring him in probably because they were closing Around 3pm went to a urgentvet on beneva bc dr kate was closed - Dr Andrea Pace moment he saw my dog said spinal problem and confused why Dr Kate never caught this or why she neutered him. How can a random vet say its spinal issues but my vet who've I've been going for years never mentioned anything ? Dr Kates Pet clinic may look friendly, nice and cozy for pets but they will not diagnose your pet properly. Get a second opinion. My dog had signs of spinal issues but was told it was mild arthritis and mild hip dysplasia. I put my trust in Dr kate to take care of my dog and now my dog is dead. Dr kate has left me and my family heartbroken. I wish for no one to go thru what Dr kate has put my family thru."
"We love going to Dr Kate. That’s not a feeling dogs usually have but Dr Kate makes dogs feel comfortable. Her staff feels the same way. Dogs ate off leash and exploring if owners would like"
"Dr. Kate and staff are absolutely amazing! We have 2 rescue dogs who are scared of new people. Everyone at Dr. Kate’s were so gentle and understanding. This is the first time ours dogs haven’t left the vet traumatized and stressed! They truly care about your pets here!"
"We love you and we will miss you. You have helped us with Kona and Sally so much over the last 3 years! Unfortunately, we have to move out of state. But, I would Dr. Kate and her staff to anyone. They are amazing."
