"My dog was really sick. Really fast and then within 24 hours with a lot of prayer from my friends, and I my Duke did a complete turnaround in 24 hours. It was prayers and the help of the Vet.... I believe it was the food he was eating made him sick. There's no proof of it, but it made him very, very sick. Very high fevers. Wouldn't eat no food. Drink a lot of water And he was crippling up. in the back end of his body with the antibodies. Another mets he did a complete turnaround 24 hours. I am very thankful."

"I was recently visiting my daughter and unfortunately one of my Pomeranians trachea collapsed again to where she could not breathe properly so I needed to get her immediate attention. My daughter is a vet tech but her office was 45 minutes away so I chose Walden Lake in Plant city. This has got to be the absolute worst experience I have ever gone through with losing a pet. When we first walked in there was another man already standing there that said he had been standing there for quite some time and no one is coming out from the back. Eventually a girl came out And seemed confused. I was finally taken to a room with my suffering dog and my daughter. They took my dog from the room and took her in the back, and the veterinarian brought her back to me and said he gave her only a sedative and not the solution to actually euthanize her because her condition was so bad that she would just pass on her own , so I said OK. I was hovered over my dog crying while she was struggling to breathe and then a woman came in with a clipboard and told me my bill is going to be $228! I was stunned at the price for one and also that she would walk in that room and start discussing my bill Before my dog even passed. Told her “my dog hasn’t even died yet and I’d like you out of this room”. I was floored. My dog was struggling and it was a painful experience, but as others have said on reviews, it’s all about money here. Since my daughter is a vet tech, she asked to see the Bill and went down the list and she was flabbergasted at how expensive this guy is. I have had to put down several of my past animals and I’ve never spent over $125 to do this. He charges $149 just for the euthanizing solution! Then the sedative, then the office visit so I ended up walking out, still paying $100 but the experience I will never, ever, EVER forget. How dare you come in my room and start discussing how much money I owe and you don’t even give us the time to let my dog pass . It also looks like this owner comes in and gives an explanation for every single negative review on here, and there’s no explanation for this at all. If the girl wasn’t trained enough or she made the mistake, then don’t allow your employees around mourning customers during the dogs death if she doesn’t know what the hell she’s doing. It’s a fancy building so that’s the only reason I can see these prices being over twice as much as other veterinarians but it’s not our job to pay your rent. It’s your job to give us a good experience and trust that our animals are taken care of. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EVER."

"Dr Bailey kindly consulted with me over the phone several times about my goat,Daisy, whom he has not ever seen. He made me feel at ease and helped me to problem solve never having met me either. I spoke to Dr Bailey after 8pm at night one evening about my goat’s symptoms and I believe with his expertise he was able to diagnose her accurately and I was able to treat her under his guidance. He had said I should see improvement within 24 hours and I did. I appreciate him tremendously."

"Big on making money. Uninspired care. Little compassion. Unimpressed with the entire experience. I could write a dissertation about how awful my experience was here but if you read the doctors responses to other one star reviews you quickly get a sense of what your experience will be like. Be aware. I wish I had been. Just hoping to prevent you from making the same mistake I did. Also will not work with third party pharmacies. There is NO client choice at this office. No help for clients, just the doctor's ego and his way. My animals deserve better as do yours."

"Dr. Bailey and his team were phenomenal with our Great Dane babygirl, Maze. I think the prices were extremely fair, he was extremely straight forward about how his estimate process worked and that he could find more issues/require more medication while in surgery and overall took great care of her. We are so thankful for them. We came in and my kids and I were an emotional wreck after another one of my dogs snapped and took a chunk off of our sweet Danes ear over food, my battered dog came through the door with her and myself covered in blood. He and his team walked us through what to expect. The staff was patient while I was calling for updates every few hours. I understood from the beginning that he may have cases walk through the door that were far more emergent than mine. We have a long recovery ahead with several follow ups, but we greatly appreciate how we were treated and how after care was thoroughly explained. A million times, THANK YOU! —The Bennett Family"
