"I was denied my refill and the amount of pills that were prescribed prior lasted me a bit past my refill date, the pharmacist told me that she “doesn’t refill those”. I’ve been taking this medication for a little over a year now and the pharmacy that I usually get my refills from give me no problems at all, but unfortunately they ran out so I had to go to a different CVS. I’m just wondering what makes this pharmacist think that she can just deny my refill just because of how old I look. She didn’t even explain as to what makes her feel uncomfortable refilling my prescription, my refill was due and everything. All she told me when I questioned her was “I’m not gonna sit here and explain to you”, really? What type of bullshit “professional” are you. If you feel uncomfortable with refilling my meds then explain respectfully. If this bitch is so aggravated just from me being concerned about MY LEGITIMATE PRESCRIPTION then she needs to get her fist out her ass and get a career that she’d actually be happy doing. I ended up going right across the street to walgreens and got my stuff with 0 questions."

"Horrible experience with this store and trying to return something. You're made to feel a criminal if you have a return. I'm a loyal CVS customer and certainly no theif- but after my last experience- I will no longer shop at this particular store. CVS: Please stay connected to all your stores and how they are being run/operated. I understand "Good Customer Service" seemingly no longer exists, but it's essential you stay in tune with your stores and how they are treating customers."
