"Visited October 10th 2023 at around 7am and was treated very rudely for no reason by one of the staff. I wanted to buy an item that was locked and required a sales associate to unlock it, approached a member of staff and was asked “what aisle is it on” I said somewhere over there but for some reason the staff insisted that I provided and aisle number, I guessed the aisle number and then the staff said “walk me to it”. Why did I have to guess the aisle number if we are going to walk to it anyway? The aisle number was wrong and the staff admonished me for making that mistake and then proceeded to correct me. I told the staff, I didn’t memorise the aisle number, I just needed somebody’s help to unlock the item The staff was not wearing a name tag but I’m Sure can be identified via the CCTV in the store"
