"I recommend any CVS EXCEPT this one. This store has the rudest pharmacy employees I've ever met. They don't understand patient care, as they rarely practice it. They are condescending, dismissive, and feel it's proper to speak to people with disrespect. I've used CVS since they were Eckerd's Drugs in the 80s. I am a chronically ill patient with multiple medications from multiple doctors. I am no longer using any CVS and I recommend all to do the same."
"If you are thinking of using the pharmacy at this location, don’t. The staff at the pharmacy are inept and have absolutely no customer service skills. This applies particularly to Christian in the pharmacy, I checked in twice over the course of an hour inside the store only to be told after waiting an hour that they did not have the required prescription in store and would need to transfer me to a different store. You would think this is something they would know immediately or when they found out they would immediately notify you. Nope, they won’t let you know until you check in, for the second time, inquiring if it’s finally ready."
"I was diagnosed with pneumonia, fully insured, pharmacist missed giving me an important drug that was prescribed and since I was so ill, did not realize it was not filled by the pharmacist. Had a hard time breathing this morning and noticed I was not given an important drug for infection. I've been using CVS for YEARS! This has to be the most incompetent group of pharmacy staff. Don't bother calling. Sick in bed and had to drive in to wait 45 minutes for someone to talk to and get the medicine. Then expect me to stand in long line to pick up again. Try to avoid this store."
"Extremely pleased with both of the Pharmacists and Staff that have helped me in my short time coming to this Pharmacy. They work hard to assist you in helpful ways, and I’ve found them to be very professional and caring! It’s been both refreshing and encouraging because it just isn’t that way in dealing with most service providers in our community! Thanks and Blessings!"
"I'm 19 years old and I just got my first Covid shot. My mother is one of those heavily against it, so I made my own account and chose not to inform her. CVS apparently alerted her to me receiving the shot and lost it. I don't understand why they would inform her, especially when I'm over 18 and have my OWN account. I called the customer service number, and when asking if they were allowed to do that, the customer service rep hung up on me, TWICE!! I might have to call a lawyer or something to find out if sharing my status was even legal."
