"Pharmacy never pick their phone nor hear telephone messages from my Doctor nor my daughters Doctor. When ask about my prescription they said they never received a call which is a lie, Or that they haven’t had the time to listen to the telephone messages. Poor customer service. This has happened multiple times. I will Never use this pharmacy again."

"The store is fine but the pharmacy is terrible. They answer the phone only to put you on hold and hang up when it's your turn to be spoken to. It's just my luck that a simple question of whether they took my new insurance or not took me almost an hour. Now, I have to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy and apparently this cvs is infamous for how horrible their service is to their colleagues and their patients because they do the same thing to everyone."
