"Horrible place. i went here about 15 years ago and thought I would give it one more try only because my dog needed rehab services. Nope....big mistake. Should have stuck to my original plan to stay away. The vet assistant put in the record that my dog was limping when I got him (which he was not and I never said this) making it impossible for me to submit an insurance claim. No one would correct the record. In addition, I was quoted a price for one hour of rehab but during the "consult" I was told all he needed was laser therapy that would take about 10 minutes by a vet tech but would cost only about $20 less than a full hour of rehab? Bad vibes all around and I would never go back. What a joke. My poor dog just needs help....it should not be so complicated. Update in response to vet: Obviously your staff is NOT highly trained because I can assure you I never said it was a pre-existing condition. You have his records from his real (and good) vet…..does it say he was limping when I first got him on his exams….No! Take some ownership of this and stop blaming the customer! Your assistant is incompetent."

"I brought my 12-year-old Husky, here this afternoon. The vet tech was so caring, loving, and gentle with her! I can't thank her enough for that. She is a sweet girl, but don't touch the paws, lol. They had their work cut out for them when cutting nails. They were upfront about the costs (high as they were due to all that she needed). The doctor was extremely thorough and genuinely cared about her stress and issues. Definitely recommend that you give them a try. Here is my girl relaxing after a bit of a stressful time. ***Update: My girl is healed from her surgery, and we are immensely grateful. That being said, I wish there was better communication on future fees after surgery. They were quite a bit and every 2 days. I voiced concerns about her being able to reach her foot below the bandage and injuring it by attempting to gnaw it off. I was to watch her, but I can't stay up 24hrs. After 3 wks they finally heard me and sold me a pillow to keep her reach limited w/ the cone that I never removed. This really upset me because her secondary injury could've been less severe. I feel satisfied as my baby is well, just had to make sure you knew what my issues were."

"Dr. Minder is awesome. They are doing a great job treating a long term skin allergy in our German shepherd. The tech was one of the first to work with me on handling our pup so we didn't have to muzzle him while they drew blood. They are so good with the big dogs!"

"Dr. Sanchez is the best with my husky, Atom, for acupuncture treatments. He is on the high maintenance side, and she is very patient with him. As he comes to their office more often, he is learning to relax more for his sessions. I have very high standards for vet care and have not been disappointed with his care here."
