"A surprising treat while visiting the Hyatt Regency Miami. We ate brunch and dinner (takeout) at this restaurant. Service is friendly and quick. The food is packed full of flavor. Prices are the typical Miami prices."

"Eating here in the evening beautiful view of river walk. Poor breakfast service but only one service person helping everyone. Didn't get a number of things we requested. Coffer was bitter, not considered strong but too bitter to drink 20% extra on all food items for Riverwalk view plus gratuity"

"Third time we have stayed at the Hyatt in the last 2 years. I keep hoping it will get better. The food is pretty decent for a hotel restaurant. The service is OK, but staff seems to chat with each other a lot about personal things, and I've heard comments from the back of the house that probably should be said in private and not in front of customers. The kicker for me was I asked if they could make a Manhattan, and the bartender shook it, not stirred. The air bubbles never went away and it ruined the texture of the almost $20 drink. I should have sent it back honestly but didn't want to deal with it."

"We drove 45 minutes to eat at a riverfront restaurant and when we got there at noon the restaurant was near empty. We asked for a window seat and they said the server in that section was on break. And another server couldn't serve us in that area so we had to wait for that server to get off brake.. All he did was take our order and bring out our drinks and food. Our drinks were empty during most of our meal it seemed like he disappeared then to get the check k had to get up walk around and find him to ask for it There was already an 18% service charge included which was no where near deserving. Had that not been included I was only going to tip 2 dollars cause there service was not there. The food was good but the service was awful"

"I do not usually leave bad reviews; but this restaurant needs it. It is the dirtiest place I have ever sat down to eat, down to the refilled bottle of ketchup. They did not even bother wipe clean the tables and this grime it’s not just from one person, it’s sticky and greasy! You can do better, you have a full restaurant after an event and plenty of time to prepare before the rush starts!"
