"Asked how long my prescription will take and I was told an 1 1/2 hours, called to see if my prescription was done and they told me it will take 1 1/2 hours. I only used because I shop at publix for some of my groceries. I will be changing which pharmacy I use though."
"Will never come here again. The girls behind the counter all look under 25 and have no clue what they're doing. I received an email saying my RX was ready for pickup and I paid online and waited until the next day to get it. You think after a day it will be ready right? Wrong! The girl is running all over the place looking for it, and finally she starts to fill the RX right there in front of me!! When she finally has my RX ready, there's no apologies or explanation as to why it wasn't ready when the e mail came 24 hours prior. She just hands me my RX all rude and was like "Next!". Nice service. Another time, I was waiting in the Pickup line and when it was my turn to come to the window, the young girl starts waving me to go over to the Drop Off window when she saw I had a paper in my hand. Assume much? When I continued to the window and let her know I was there to pickup and not drop off, she made no apology for her rude assumption. She got my RX and handed it to me all sullen looking. Nice. This final time, I waited 20 minutes in the Pickup line because the girl seemed to have no idea how to help the customer before me. She was going to all the other Pharmacists for help for whatever particular problem she had while the line was growing. If there's a holdup with a customer and the line is growing and people are waiting more than 10 minutes, it's reasonable for one of the Pharmacists to open another window for those with simple pickups...but they choose to make you wait instead. And once again, no polite service. Hands my RX to me and is like "Be gone!" Very poor customer service here. I had to pick up another RX at the Landstar Walmart today and it was night and day between the two places. The pharmacists there are smiling, friendly and more experienced being a little older and they make you feel welcomed. I will be transferring all my meds to there and will stay away from this Pharmacy. Maybe the other Publix Pharmacy locations are better, but I don't care to take that chance. If you want to wait for your RX, not have them filled when they e mail you they're ready and have rude treatment by 20 something girls, then this is the place for you."
"If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I totally would! I was helped, or not helped as the case was, by Junior. I was told in the afternoon that my medication with her to be ready by three. It was only 1 PM so I decided I would return later that night. When I got there, I waited 20 minutes until I was attended at the drive-through. When Junior finally got to me I asked him about a medication that I take for 00 mg, usually with 250 mg pills. At any other pharmacy this is never been a problem. Here however, he said it would be hard to find 100 mg version and that he would not be able to fill the prescription today. My first question was, it’s five hours later, why didn’t anyone call me? He said they were understaffed. My next question was, can you use a lower milligram dosage to at least give me something until this problem is resolved. His answer was no. I drove off furious. Shopping was not a pleasure at this pharmacy and I will no longer be using ANY Publix pharmacy in the future!!"
"This pharmacy is good. Publix free prescriptions for certain conditions (such as antibiotics, high blood pressure medications, diabetes, and a few others) is of great help. Do expect to wait several hours a lot of the time, unfortunately, but free prescriptions rival the wait times. The staff is friendly, courteous, and customer centered."
"Amazing and very helpful Customer Service from Grocery Manager Johnathan. The grocery team at this store is always more than delighted to give a helping hand. I love shopping here and prefer it over many competing stores! 5/5"
