One lady either scratched the 11x14 photo or the paper was defective and rather than do it over she hid that one on the bottom and only made reference to how good the one on top was. It was so obvious. But I did get my money back. Pharmacy team is awesome, the one on Howland Blvd is a complete nightmare and the male pharmacist is a really rude AH. The providence pharmacy is much better and they seem to care more. I refuse to ever go back to Howland. Spoke with Maria at corporate, and she was a dream to deal with and resolved all my issues and even called me back."
