"This is probably one of the most unsanitary Publix I’ve been in. The pot at the soup counter was empty with the burnt gunk and remains at the soup bar. I informed someone serving hot food so they could replace it. Not only did I see the woman pour brand new chili into the dirty pot, but after I told her the pot was dirty, she transferred that chili into a new pot and put it back out. So all the gunk that was in the old pot just transferred right over. I told someone at customer service and she was very nice, but did she leave the counter to tell someone to take it off the floor, probably not. I feel bad for the people that ate from the chili that night."
