"Took my puppy for his second round of shots. I made the appointment online, I received an email prior to the appointment to confirm my appointment. I arrived 10 min before my appointment and have to text back 3 to confirm you are there, then you receive a text when they are ready for you! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Very organized and easy!! Thank to everyone involved!"

"The staff was nice. The vetrinarian was disrespectful. It is not what was said, but how it is said. I adopted my cat and paperwork stated he was six. He has a bad tooth that I did not know about. Sorry, but I am not skilled in opening his mouth to check. That is why we take our pets to professionals. The veterinarian said he is either 15 or 16 or has a really bad diet. I was then told it would be put on record, so I can't deny. While either age or diet could be true, it was the unprofessional tone that is clearly derogatory that makes me not want to bring my pet back to them ever. By the way, I confirmed what I was giving the cat was healthy, so now I am inclined to believe his age may have been falsified to get him adopted. He will be going to another vet to look at options as I love him and want him to be happy and healthy."
