"Two prescriptions prescribed by Dr. Nanavati were to be called in to CVS Pharmacy on Friday, 1/19/24. When I went to CVS to pick up my prescriptions, CVS had no prescriptions prescribed for me by Dr. Nanavati. Shame on CVS or the Doc's office. Think about it. Someone didn't do their job!"
"Dr Nanavati is always welcoming and listens to your needs and concerns. Very Helpful that he can speak Spanish also which allowed my parents to communicate with him effectively definitely recommend."
"The screening should be at no cost to patients. So ask the practice before you do the dreaded prep for assurance that the test will be billed as screening even if a polyp is found and biopsied or removed. Ask to see those consent forms before you've done your clean-out, and don't sign one in which you agree to pay for anything your insurance doesn't cover. People between the ages of 45 and 75 who have no symptoms should be able to get their regular recommended screening colonoscopies for free. Update finally refunded after months of them having been paid by insurance AND by me. Billing department extremely inefficient!"
"Let me start by saying the surgical prep team was amazing and made me very comfortable before and after my procedure. My issue is the telehealth call I just received from your office regarding the results of my colonoscopy. Never was I informed by any staff member, including the one who confirmed my appointment this morning, that I was required to pay my co-pay prior to the technician releasing my results. Unfortunately I was not prepared with a credit card at the time of the call and will now have to reschedule. I certainly hope there is not a medical emergency I should be concerned about because of your refusal to divulge my results until payment is received in full. This is a horrible way to treat a patient."
"Not recommended. The manager has limited social skills, does not listen to the patient and advises them to find another Gastro when she is in an uncomfortable position. Terrible service. I will not return. At no time did I think I was talking to a medical clinic. My illness has been hitting me for months and limiting my social life and the manager showed no human understanding. His words: ''I can't help you with anything, go to another clinic if you want to''. The worst thing, I just wanted to bring forward my exams because my pain continues...."
