"If I could give less than 1 star I would.... We placed an order for some custom drill bits in June of 2019, paid half the cost upfront, and I started following up after about 8 weeks to get an update on when we could expect our drill bits. I got a response that they were almost completed and would be shipping soon. I waited a few weeks and followed back up. I didn't get a response so I followed up SEVERAL more times to which no one would get back to me. I called their office and no one answered and the mailbox was full. I finally got a hold of John Nelson, the owner, and he sounded surprised and said he "wasn't at his desk but would call me back later that afternoon". Spoiler alert, never heard from him. We tried to call him again on his cell and his office and no answer. So BUYER BEWARE do not do business with this company or it's owners."
