"Overall, this is a great pharmacy, BUT over the past week, I've attempted to use GoodRX coupons, to purchase prescriptions. On both occasions the price that they had me pay was several dollars higher than the current Good RX price that was listed on the on-line coupon from Good RX. What's up with that?"

"I've been going to Plant City,Fl location for years now and have received outstanding service. They always help me find a better price when I was self pay and now I have Ins they take the extra steps to solve any issues that may occur like my last visit with a PreAuthorization that was needed. I will drive the extra distance to stay at this location. I absolutely won't change to anyone else unless I move out of FL and then I will still try not to transfer. Kate is my favorite because she is kind, friendly, an extremely caring, an extremely understanding."

"Always smiling--even in the busiest times. Some grouchy old man complained his order wasn't ready: he said the doctor sent it in 12 days earlier--do you think they will hold it until Christmas? Then, he complained because they were out of his meds: well, they put it back on the shelf when you took two weeks to come get it, and they were out. The Pharmacists are so prompt and respectful, but they can't anticipate a "doof" coming in."

"Sucks. Pharmacy tells me to come back 1 hour. Hour later I return and they say 30 minutes. Return 30 minutes later and they say 10 more minutes. Sad thing is no one appears to care in the least. A different time my daughter dropped prescription here for her baby. They said 5:45 will be ready. She came home and called later and still not ready. At 9 o'clock they close and never had it ready. Next morning I go in and they said just give then a few to mix it. It was a antibiotic for a sick baby and no one there appears to care the least bit. I now go to Walgreens."
