"I just wasted an hour at cvs Odessa at Preserve marketplace and they still missed 1 of my scripts and 2 of Tom's. They also overcharged me. No one will answer the phone and the robot app takes a lunch break. \nCIMPLETE IDIOTS"
"Not a fan of this location. Smells like BO in the back of the store. Has for the 6 months I have unfortunately, been coming here. Hands-down, one of the slowest pharmacies I’ve ever used too. And it’s always a different excuse every time. I fight traffic to go the last time just to get there when they’re closed for lunch. You have multiple people working in the back why are you closed for lunch? It’s not that hard to take turns going to lunch, especially in the off hours between peoples lunchtime and the end of peoples workday when it’s your busiest. Me and my family just permanently Moved our prescriptions to a further location just so we don’t have to go here."
"Great place for walk in vaccinations with minimal wait time. Thank you!"
"In November on 2021, I was eligible to get my COVID vaccine booster shot, but wasn’t exactly what day or time of the week I was going to be free to get rit, so I opted to attempt stopping by a location that allowed walk-ins if there were enough vaccines after the appointments for it were completed first and if the pharmacy staff weren’t too busy to give the vaccine without scheduling an appointment on the CVS website. Initially, a stopped be my prior the CVS at intersection on Linebaugh and Sheldon in Westchase that I was still using for prescriptions and refills after a doctor’s appointment that day to also pick up some refills and get the COVID booster there as a walk-in since I hadn’t transferred my prescriptions to the CVS Preserve Market Place location in Odessa, despite having moved closer to it since moving to Lutz from Westchase a couple of years before that. Needless to say, the CVS in Westchase were no longer giving the COVID vaccine or booster shots anymore without having an appointment scheduled there on the general CVS website since were generally to buy to assist walk-ins and hadn’t been receiving additional boosters bey the ones there were receiving for the customers who had scheduled an appointment for in there, and were on time. They also informed me that other CVS location usually no longer took walk-ins and that I needed to schedule a booster vaccine on the CVS COVID vaccine website, but stopped by a couple of others a passed by on the way back to Lutz. A couple of other locations I went by on my way home also no longer provided COVID boosters to walk-ins, but I went by the CVS Preserve Marketplace location to check and to also have my refills transferred there. The pharmacist and staff were helpful and friendly and could give my the COVID booster after they finished giving it to the three others that were there just ahead of me a were waiting the 15 minutes getting it to be able to leave if not having a reaction to it. D and was waiting to be able to leave, the pharmacy tech and I were able to have all of my info and refills from my previous CVS transferred to this one when I needed to have them filled."
"There were a lot of issues in the store today. The warehouse door as well as the door from the warehouse to the floor was propped open. With the amount of protected patient information available this is a HIPPA violation that I will be filling. I also approached the person up from named Elizabeth to ask a question on floor product and she said, "We have self check out over there." rudely, I let her know I need help locating a product. she then said, "Well, what do you want?" Once another person helped me locate the product I was having issues with the self-checkout and loading my rewards and when I ask Elizabeth for more assistance she growled, sighed, and then told me to come to her register. If she hates working at CVS why doesn't she just quit?"
