"I have been bringing our pets here for years so has my family and we have always recommended people here . The Other vets that worked here were great. Recently it seems only Eric is now the only vet there. VERY disappointed by how I was treated in regards to my dog. The vet stated I wasn’t taking care of my dog because I forgot the name of a prescription given to her 3 months ago. Wrote in the notes that he didn’t believe I was giving my dog the necessary medicine even though she was given it. Seems like he was upset I bought the medicine at the pharmacy for 30 dollars less than his price in office. I understand a vet having a bad day but I am a typical dog mom I take VERY good care of my animals and to be accused of my dog being neglected then talked down to ( literally told me he didn’t believe me) and told maybe you should get items here and not request a script is outrageous. This vet used to be outstanding and honestly after my last visit I’ve gone else where . No pet parent should be belittle when a vet is having a bad day because a cat was giving him a hard time. If I didn’t care for my pet I WOULD NOT have brought them in! Do better."

"I thought the new price increases are just way too high, nail trim that took 5 minutes cost was over $26.00. New staff complaining about old staff not doing thing's right was concerning. The new manager was not all that friendly, when asked about the price increase her response was do you complain about grocery prices being higher to the manager in a grocery store? Yes I do! Sorry but not a fuzzy feeling with this place."

"I brought my 12 year old dachshund to have his teeth taken care of which were terrible. Dr. Yeager was great. He assured me that they would take every precaution to make sure my dog would get through the procedure without any incident. Everyone was super nice and my fur baby dig great. Thank you all for your caring and professional treatment."

"Love this office!! Front office staff, vet techs and Dr’s are wonderful. They take care of my 3 fur babies and they always listen to me and my opinions. They are always accommodating to get my dogs in when needed. Definitely 5stars from me !!"
