"This is the most abysmal Walgreens in the whole area. DO NOT GO THERE.! This is the closest store to me..less than a mile away but I will gladly drive to any other one. I have had a number of negative experiences.. 2 times with the pharmacy and 2 times with Althea the cashier at the entrance. She isn't friendly, polite and and she seems very unhappy. I've given feedback before but nothing has changed...management obviously doesn't care. The speed of the Captain the speed of the crew! AND corporate Walgreens doesn't care either!!! This Walgreen's has the lowest google rating in the whole area and nothing is improving. They are not open to honest feedback. I guess I've wasted my time!"
"I really am not a person who writes bad reviews but I have to say this has to be the worst Walgreens I have ever been to in particular the pharmacy. Like wow I really couldn’t believe how this lady was talking to me and the other people waiting and through the pharmacy Drive through. If you go here you know the lady I’m talking about. "Call the automated phone line they say my prescription is ready I get there and they tell me it’s another two hours and then the technician walks away. I guess nobody looks at these reviews cause they’re not doing anything to change a 2.4 rating find another pharmacy any other pharmacy"
"The staff at the pharmacy are very courteous and professional. I can’t say the same about the customers. I sat for about 40 minutes while my prescription was being filled and observed the staff being berated by no fewer than six belligerent customers. While I commend the staff on being courteous and professional to some of these customers they should be given some training on how to remove obnoxious people from the premises. I actually felt somewhat unsafe due to the rampant emotions on display. It seems that customers expect the pharmacy to bend or break rules for them because if they get angry, loud or vile enough they will get what they came for. Management. I’ll be notifying corporate about the spectacle that is your store"
"MS NANETT IS A IGNORANT PHARMACIST ON A POWER TRIP! I am going there a year and a half getting my medication for 3 herniated discs in my neck. I was out of state and had some financial problems so I couldn't go to the doctor for 2 months. They get the prescription and make me wait 4 days for a delivery. That's what they always do. I have to wait for the medication to be ordered. They are always making me wait 4 to 7 days for my pain medication and I suffer in intense pain. The DELIVERY finally gets there after me suffering in pain for 4 days. It's finally delivered and the pharmacist doesn't want to fill it. First they lie and say they're waiting for pre-approval from my insurance so they can't fill it.. I'm sorry that I have to wait till tomorrow. I beg them and say I've been waiting 5 days I came into the store and they said they had to order it. If They had any problem with the prescription or doctor or anything at that time. They had four days to figure it out. I call them at 5:00 p.m. and said please fill it I've been waiting 4 days and I'm suffering in an in a lot of pain. Use good RX and fill it. They say okay we're going to fill it. I give them almost 4 hours to fill my prescription. It turns out that was a lie. I was lied to they didn't want to fill it because she wasn't happy with the amount of medication I was getting. She's pharmacist not a doctor. Then she's saying I had a gap in my therapy. She sends the note to the doctor and the doctor replied in 1 minute. The prescription was wiped out. On top of that The doctor calls lesser medication and The pharmacist says it's out of stock. And I can't get the prescription that night and I have to wait again. Then when I finally do get it I only get one week prescription 2 days later and I get a half a pill every 12 hours instead of three whole pills a day because she is an ignorant rotten person who has an attitude problem trying to tell me that I was aggressive because I said please fill it I've been waiting for the delivery for 4 days!!!!! That's aggressive!!?? She said that she wanted to know from the doctor why I had a gap in my therapy!!!??? What for!!??? The doctor tells her I was out of town. Then she pretends like she's going to help me and fill the prescription that was already wiped out if the doctor calls in the next 6 minutes. All I want is my pain medication so I don't have to suffer!! There are other reviews on here about her lying. Lying pharmacist who has an attitude problem. Then after the prescription was wiped out she's pretending she's trying to help me saying oh okay I'll I'll try to get the doctor to get you a prescription I'll stay open till 2 minutes after 9:00. This pharmacist is a blank. Fill it in with any curse word you can think of. Now I'm home suffering with 3 herniated discs and I got to wait another week. Not only that I pay cash to go see the doctor and I get 2/3 of my medication wiped out. I hope she has to suffer someday and terrible pain!!! Look at all the reviews on this about the pharmacist every one of them is bad. She should be fired and I am reporting it to the pharmacist manager and corporate and I'm going to do it in writing."
