"Always seem busy but the wait is never bad. Professional staff and very good pharmacists. Answer all my questions about new meds and any possible interactions with what I'm already taking. Prices way better than anywhere else"
"Great pharmacy with lovely staff. I've been going to this pharmacy for a little over a year now, after leaving the local CVS due to them "never having enough of my medication" and only giving me 15-20 at a time. All employees here (except maybe one) have been very kind, patient, friendly, and helpful. Some even know me by face now. Prices here are very fair. If you don't have insurance (or it just sucks), the prices here are usually lower than others, and they're even better if you use GoodRx coupons. I *highly* recommend using GoodRx anytime for Rx's. I also appreciate their texting service that lets you know when a Rx/refill is ready for pick-up. Plus, they have the option of medication delivery thru Instacart, which is especially helpful in the pandemic and/or for the elderly. The only downside I've ever experienced is that the pharmacy has shorter hours than some other places, and there's no option for drive-thru pharmacy. However, the wait time to be seen is pretty quick, as they usually have no lines or very short lines. The delivery option makes up for the lack of drive-thru. Personally, I love Costco in general bc they treat their customers and employees well, so I recommend anyone on the fence to try it out. But if you're unhappy with your current pharmacy or are just looking for one in the area, check this one out! You don't need a Costco membership to use the pharmacy."
"I have never dealt with a kinder or more friendly pharmacy staff! Whenever I call for a prescription, no matter who answers the phone, they are always so nice and helpful and just plain cheerful! Same with picking up prescriptions! This Costco pharmacy is a breath of fresh air!"
"When I stopped to request a transfer, the pharmacy had a sign up saying they were at lunch. But I could see the team members working inside. A technician saw me and opened the window to help me. I forgot her name, but she had very long and beautifully done fingernails. She was pleasant and efficient. Pharmacist Christine also took care of the transfer efficiently. But when I went to pick up the prescription when they were not on lunch, because the pickup counter was to the left of the main pharmacy area, no one noticed me for a few good minutes. Eventually technician Kim walked over to check me out. She seemingly knew her trade, but a smile would have made the experience much more delightful."
"tl;dr: They had a prescription for more than twenty days and didn't get it filled, but said they would; then didn't. and wasted MANY hours of my life. Avoid this place. My son takes medicine for ADHD. His Dr. wanted to increase his dosage. My mother-in-law said I should try this Costco pharmacy, so I told the Dr. to send the prescription here. They got the prescription on the eleventh, and I never heard from them. I still had the old dosage so it wasn't an emergency, but I was worried about his ability to concentrate in school. Eventually (on the first of the next month), we stopped by after school to see if it had been filled and was just sitting there, or what? They said it hadn't been filled yet, but we could wait for thirty minutes. My son is on the spectrum, and frankly it had already taken us almost an hour just to get into the store (it was a bad day). I said I would pick it up in the morning. The next morning: get the kid to school by eight thirty, and then kill time until costco opens at the crack of ten. (I recommend walking laps at the outlet mall.) But, just a few hours later, I get to the pharmacy, and... They haven't filled the prescription. They don't have that medicine. They don't know when the "guy" is coming. "He's been late a lot lately." Pharmacies have a job to to. this one failed. At least they didn't give the wrong medicine. I guess I can give them that."
