"Pharmacist Josh is discourteous and unhelpful. The reason I've maintained my entire family's prescriptions with CVS for the past 20 years is because of the convenience of obtaining scripts anywhere. In the past, when a lost bag or change of plans has found us out of town without all necessary meds, I've had no trouble at all getting a couple days courtesy coverage from the local CVS. Not today. Thanks to Josh's refusal to even listen to my situation, my kid will go without needed meds for the next 2 days after our canceled flight left us without our luggage and away from home. Congrats Josh, you lost CVS 4 long-time coustomers."
