"I really wanted to give this place a good review- the people are nice and I enjoyed my time but I felt led on when I purchased the laser hair removal- I met up with a consultant twice because I was apprehensive to do it- because I travel a lot and am unable to keep a consistent schedule. I felt very led on and was told numerous times not to worry- that my package included forever treatments and all kinds of free stuff. I never received one free thing from this place - I was only able to do 6 of my treatments for the package and was told it was expired and now I had to pay hundreds of dollars for touch ups. None of this was communicated to me by the consultant- because I believed her and they can’t do anything about it because I “signed a contract “ which I understand is fair but i was believing what the consultant reassured me of. Bad on my part- but I will never recommend this company to anyone ever- very misleading- especially considering I am still paying off my treatment but can’t even finish it. I tried to reach out and see if there was anything that could be done- no one wanted to help."
