"I have had the pleasure of visiting both the office in Sarasota and Tampa. The offices are very welcoming and decorated very lovely, not your typical Doctor’s Office setting. The staff is phenomenal. They are so generous and caring and accommodating. Teresa and Mailet are such sweet hearts and you can tell they truly care about the patients that come through the door. The Doctor, which I’m unsure of his name, that I have seen is superb. I really like that each time I’ve seen him, although I’ve done the procedures before, he walks me through each thing as he does it so I know what to expect. It makes the process feel so much more comfortable and puts my mind at ease. It’s stressful dealing with the aftermath of an accident or injury and Neurosurgical Partners really makes it as simple as possible!"

"I was rear-ended and I went here for a routine consultation to finalize my treatment. The visit was uneventful but their failure to submit the results of my visit to my lawyer held up my case for 2 months. So, I called them to ask them when they would submit the report and if they could expedite it. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and she said she would ask the person responsible. A man gets on the phone and is instantly very aggressive. He obviously doesn't want to be helpful but instead of just saying "we can't expedite your report" he insults and threatens me saying things like, "you are insignificant to me" and "why don't you come down to the office so we can meet and get to know each other?" Finally, he tells me he won't be submitting the report at all and hangs up on me. When I call back to ask the nice woman if he was serious she says she'll ask him. I tell her "I don't want to talk to him." again and she says, "Don't worry you won't have to." but of course he gets on the phone and says with spiteful glee, "I'm on the phone with your lawyer, have a nice day." and hangs up on me again."
