"The lab for this practice is awful. I had to come back 3x to take the same test because the technicians continued to make mistakes with either the blood they extracted or the tubes they used. Also, just now I came in for another lab test and the front desk personnel were short, cranky and lacked any semblance of interpersonal skills."

"Facts- in the weeks before my mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, both the PA and Dr Powell, did not 'see' my 79 yr old mom. She had only been to the practice once a year for check-ups but was on her 4th visit in two weeks when they continued to order routine x-rays, and had no sense of urgency for her clearly failing health. She was in so much pain. Prior to requesting medication for this high level pain, the only prescription they ever wrote for her was for omeprazole. The PA told her 'oh now you want opioids.' A week later she was diagnosed and died three weeks after that. Also, Lily (not sure her roll) hung up on both my mom and me separate times. Lastly, I've called three times to talk to someone about this and no one calls me back."

"Dr Powell is a great Doctor. Treats me well. But everyone else there are not very nice. They never smile. Very blunt when they talk to you. They all act like they don’t want to be there and act like you’re a nuisance. I think this place has way too many patients and are overloaded. I feel like I’m just a number there. Also it’s very hard to get a person on the phone. I Might go elsewhere."

"Very disappointed in this office. I had blood work done and was instructed by the doctor to wait for my results and the nurse would call me and if I don’t hear anything in a couple days to give them a call and they would be able to tell me my results. Every time I called the nurse was very rude who answered the phone and I asked to be placed on hold to talk to the nurse who could give me my and the nurse in the front said no she cannot put me on hold. What doctors office does not put people on hold?? Extremely disappointed in the patient care."

"Dr. Rubin is awful. I had an appointment that I made with no insurance, first doctors appointment in years for urgent issues that I paid massively out of pocket for and Dr. Rubin couldn't be bothered to talk to me for more than about 5 minutes. I had only one of several issues addressed before I was sent on my way. I hope someone comes to this office with a powerful stick and shows you people something to be medically concerned about."
