"I stopped by North Florida Pharmacy in Fort White today to purchase a replacement nebulizer mask and tubing for my son’s nebulizer. I was rudely informed by the lady behind the counter that I had to have a prescription for this. Puzzled, I said “really- for just the mask and tubing?” With her attitude she again said I would need a prescription and refused to sell me a replacement mask and tubing. I called the Lake City store from their parking lot and spoke to a lovely lady in Medical Equipment who said they had the mask and tubing in stock and would happily sell it to me WITHOUT a prescription, just like I’ve bought it every time before. I’m not sure why this would be any different at the Fort White store? It sounds like there is some confusion on their company policy regarding the sale of this particular medical equipment. Due to this and the poor customer service, I would not step foot in the Fort White location again."
"Great service and positive attitude in person or on the phone. I tried calling since 3:30pm on Wednesday June 9th 2022 and the phone service is completely down and I can't not get ahold of anyone at the pharmacy about my prescription to see if it has been called in yet today. "I love this pharmacy! The staff is always friendly and eager to assist you. I was having issues finding a pharmacy that could fill my scripts every month. I've been going there over 4 years and haven't had an issue with them having all my meds filled. Even if mail order is cheaper, I prefer to have a pharmacist who is always available to discuss any issues I might have and know they will bend over backwards to help you. They are top notch."
