I spoke with a lady named Rose who informed me that the only way I could provide them with my insurance information was to fax it or mail, I asked if I could email or stop by and she flatly refused. I asked to speak to someone in charge and she told me Kathy was in charge but I could not speak with her. Rose is not only rude but terrible at her job and doesn't even try to resolve issues. I suggest WH hospital find a new service."
