"Caring and compassionate staff. They tried so hard to help my cat, Sherbet, but there really wasn't much that could be done. My only issue was not being in the room with my boy when they helped him cross over, but they didn't know that I had a lot of medical experience with my cats (giving shots, fluids, etc.) and that I had also worked at a vet. They were afraid it would be too painful to see them do it the way they had to do it (he was in cardiac collapse and IVs are hard to place in an animal in that condition, so they had to inject his heart). Most people couldn't watch this. I'm not upset with them at all. More upset with myself for not being more firm about being in there with him. I do very much recommend UrgentCareVet and am so glad they are available to help after hours. They are good people and want the best for your pet. I'm grateful they were there for my Sherbet."
