"My dog had cancer. My long time vet referred me to Tallahassee and couldn’t do the surgery. I went to Critter Care for a second opinion. They had him in surgery that week and he is doing much better. The techs brought my dog a bowl of water while I was waiting. I can’t speak for others and what they experienced and they are very busy — but that has never happened to me before. My wait times have also been reasonable."

"Dr. Powell is amazing!! Our Mini Pig Twila Jean had a blockage in her stomach, she was very sick & in pain. Thankfully her amazing doctor was able to clear the blockage and get her back to normal. We are forever grateful for her and her hard work!! Only thing negative I can say is I wish the techs communication was better & due to short staffing it’s understandable. Very clean and the staff is very friendly/respectful. I will be bringing our girl back for sure!!!"

"First visit with our 4 year old Ferret for vaccinations went great, except for the long wait. After getting her up to date on Rabies and Distemper, Sadie became ill. Back again to get Sadie checked out. Appointment was at 10am. Taken to the room about 20 after. Still here and it’s 12:10pm. Great place if you want to be educated, but plan ahead to spend several hours."

"Took our long hair dog to be groomed, dropped her off at a little after 9am and was told they would call us when they were done. Waited all day until they were about to close with no phone calls so we call them up just to get told our dog was ready to be picked up for who knows how long. We pick her up and they had just shaved her completely. Absolutely devastated at how ridiculous our dog looks and hoping her hair grows back without complications from her undercoat. Do not get your dog groomed here, it's insane that a vet service doesn't know you shouldn't shave a long haired dog with an undercoat, they also never called to say she was ready for pickup and made us pay before we even saw her when picking her up.
