"If I can give a 0 star rating I would. Horrible customer service, no acknowledgement when you walk in and when you ask they just say one moment. It takes forever to see a Dr. And you only see another employee that you don't even know if they are a nurse or not."

"I've had nothing but positive results with the Dr. Maria Caseras and the wonderful Nurses and staff who works in that office. My heart goes out to them."

"Why bother making an appointment if you will check people 45 minutes after the scheduled time? People dont have 1hour to waste waiting for a doctor and then have doctor who will rush you and see you for just 5 min and not listen to your concerns or health issues"

"I am very disappointed in the way you are treating your patients by changing your care givers from doctors to nurse practitioners. Now the Riverview and Sun city offices are for medicare patients only. I received a text from Cana Health informing me that beginning September 2023 my medical provider is going to be the clinic in Brandon for the reasons stated above. I was going to give you an opportunity and see the doctor in Brandon witch is about 25 to 30 minutes drive, made an appointment and found out that the medical providers in your Brandon clinic are nurse practitioner. My medical insurance is paying you to provide a medical doctor not for a nurse practitioner to be my medical provider."

"Dr. Molina and her staff are great! However, having to use the "call center" in order to speak to anyone sucks. They are clueless about my account/files. Requesting information from them is near impossible. I am currently at 1.5 days wait just to have my blood work order resent to me to go get blood drawn. I have been told numerous times that they had to send my request to someone else and they would then email it to me. It is beyond frustrating! CANO Health will more than likely be losing me as a patient due to the horrible call center process and experience."
