"Dr. Ana Bucarelli is WONDERFUL. I came in as a new patient today because I wanted a new PCP, and I found my new home. They evaluated me marvelously. They gave me an EKG on my first visit (Which has never happened to me) and I’m so glad they did because turns out I need to see a cardiologist. I would have never known if this wasn’t done. They checked my blood pressure, my lymph nodes, my spine, Eyes, ears etc. Dr. B Was very informative, very sweet and gave me direction. I know she had other patients, but she still didn’t rush with me. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable . As crazy as it sounds, I can’t wait for my next visit lol. I wish I got the name of the nurse who assisted me before the doctor came in because she was also very professional and broke down my barriers. (Since I don’t have her name, To point her out to the company, she was the one who recently got engaged). They also offer televisits once you are an established patient, so that is another perk. If you’re looking for a good doctor, this is the right place."

"They were amazing the doctor was great and it was my first time there and I had a little issue with my insurance but everything went well the lady was very patience with me but we got it all straightened up thank god. Dr Ana is amazing I love her she made laugh the very first time there I’m glad I chose her as my doctor thank you staff"

"I’m just going to give my honest review… When I walked into the office I felt welcomes as there was high energy but after realizing they gave me what they called a referral which was just a screenshot of an email they were supposed to see me but I had to change my PCP to them and they gave me that paper and I left I don’t even feel like I was seen on top of that I have to be the one to call around in find OB/GYN‘s. But for what? That is not my job and after changing my PCP to these people I felt like they would already have one lined up for me this is very inconvenient here I am changing my PCP again I will never ever change it for anyone I cannot believe these people don’t even waste your time"

"Long wait, unprofessional The don't care about the patient, Very loud talking, very guetho, They scheduled appointments and they send you a bill of $25 with out consulting with the patient what day should be , I would give them a 0 star"
