"I have been a patient at this office I have never really gone to the doctor because I had been pretty health beside my chronic back pain long story short I fell and reinjured my back I walked into that office literally 20 times trying to get proper care the communication was awful the first time she lost it the second time the doctor refused to sign my forms so did the specialist so that I could receive financial help from my employer they were not communicating with the orthopedic specialist in reference to medicine or care I’m very disappointed because I’m still in pain two months later but what really hurts is my doctor doesn’t even know me as a patient she said she couldn’t give me a disability approval that’s not what I was asking for. The big news flash doctor I been disabled with this and other issues for over 20 years. Thank you"

"I would not recommend this office to anyone! I had been trying to find a primary care physician who took my insurance. I called several offices who were honest enough to tell me they didn’t accept my plan. When I call Dr. Gajera’s office, I gave them my plan name along with my member id number. They assured me they accepted my insurance. After my visit I was billed with only half the amount covered by insurance. I called to inquire about benefit coverage and was told by my insurance company this office WAS NOT in network. This is why I was being billed and had to pay out of pocket. I understand some insurances require a deductible, but half the cost of the visit isn’t my deductible. Maybe I’m wrong, but I thought offices had to be truthful as to whether or not they accept your insurance.... not just make you pay out of pocket for a visit without informing you of such charges first!! They are a scam. I’ve been going to get my blood pressure rechecked as told I should by the doctor and they are charging me 110$ for an office visit. When questioned about the charges, I was told that because I asked the doctor a question about something I was concerned with, I was charged a full office visit price. Mind you, the doctor did nothing to resolve the issue I was inquiring about. No prescription, no referral, no nothing. They also said because I wanted to speak with the doctor concerning my lab results I would be charged. As my physician, I thought his job was to explain to me things I didn’t understand medically. I’m sure I’m not the first person nor the last they will try and get over on..... beware!"
