"Not very friendly staff. I was here from New York with my Mom I had the wrong time I was 20 min late and they did not accommodate us with no exemptions. Which was upsetting because I wanted to take my mom in instead of a helper. I have not seen this in New York."

"This is not e reflection of Dr Johnson as I did not get to see him, since I was so insulted by what the nurse said to me that I decided to leave. I made an appointment to have a physical, some how this did not get communicated to the right person. The nurse came in and said Dr Johnson would find the extra 15 minutes required for physical, which i appreciate, however the nurse went on to belittle me and express that i would be putting every patient for the rest of the day 15 minutes behind and they would have to wait this additional time in the waiting area. I was peds nurse and i could just imagine if i told parents because your child vomited and i had to clean it up I'll be late to every other patient I have that shift. Needless to say, i apologize to Dr Johnson and have found another primary care physician employing nurses with moral and ethical standards above and beyond what i experienced this past Monday."
