"It has taken sixty days and counting to get a wheelchair and over four weeks to get homecare services all due to this office. They have sent referrals to the wrong locations with incomplete information and the incorrect instructions. I am beyond my witts end with this place. Specifically with the "referral department" and Norma. They need to get their act together. Patients who need serious care are suffering because of Norma and this office."

On 2 occasions over past week. Kind of difficult to keep changing work schedule. Have had Doctor and PA changed twice since I was patient. There is very little with consideration for patient and don't see how they are still practicing practice."
