"Maxhealth you need to get rid of the person claiming to be the office manager she is a disgusting vile person with no compassion my situation has been nothing but horrible with her I am dealing with a person who is terminal with her illness and when I call to express my concerns and try to find help and get no where with her then I tell her if she don't like her job then she needs to go find a different job or be in a different position because I was not getting anywhere with her she then threatened to call the cops on me and gave me a very disgusting attitude she needs to understand she is not dealing with people who only has cuts and scrapes and the way she handles the situation is wrong I have made a complaint on her with corporate and will make sure my voice gets heard because I am my mother-in-laws voice will take my family to a different provider I'm still in disbelief on how we where treated by her I hope she will never have to walk on my shoes and has to encounter someone as herself and mind you I have experienced her attitude more than once for instance I went to an appointment with my husband and I had to bring my mother-in-law in with us because she cannot be unattended she suffers with dementia and I also needed to speak to my husband's primary so I needed to be inside the room she still had the nerves to say that We weren't allowed to be in the room 2max even my husband's primary doctor didn't see the issue and I feel so sad having to change providers all because of one person because I and also my family love the provider they have Tracy Kodyan and she is so wonderful and it hurts that we have to part because of the person who is supposedly running the office and she made threats that if we go there she will call the cops all because I told her that they should have someone else in that position"
