"I lovedddd D. Rosario. He knows so much and listens so well. He even knew what insurance would cover. The ladie up front were super kind and fun. BUT I can't ever get through to their office. I've had one appointment but when I try to call to schedule nobody answers. I called for weeks. Multiple times a day at different times of the day. I left messages. I left messages with his nurse. I even called the hospital they are under to see if maybe they changed their number. They tried to transfer me and still no answer. I love the office I just want an appointment!"

"Completely inept office. I arrived for my appt only to be told my appt was moved to tomorrow, without my knowledge. I’ve arranged my schedule to get time off from work 3 months ago and childcare. You cannot change someone’s appt without asking them first. I asked to see another provider, “not allowed”. No apology from the front desk, only indifference and “so are you coming tomorrow?” I work in the medical field and my schedule is made more than a month in advance. I’ve been waiting 3 months for this appt to deal with a very serious issue. Now I have to wait another 6 months to find a new neurologist because I won’t be coming back to this office."

"Bay care neurology group may have fine physicians on staff. But you can't get through to them. I have had terrible interactions with the office staff for 2 plus years, they are rude. They never answer the phone. I've had to make trips to the office just to be in person to make an appointment. It is the most unprofessional mean. Nasty, rude ugly office staff is the reason why I have sought out neurological care elsewhere. Sorry, BayCare, you have failed."

"This is the most unprofessional clinic. I have been trying to make an appointment for my father for a week. The phones keep disconnecting you when you try to make an appointment and when I finally get through they tell me they will return my call, which they have never done, claimed to help make appointments and nothing has been completed. I only hope the service inside is better than the front staff."
