"I go to the Dr. on Tuesday, Oct. 31st and get a prescription. I go to the pharmacy, they inform me the prescription is an OTC. I go home, read the paperwork, and I know it is not an OTC, needs to be filled by the pharmacist. I reach out to the pharmacy, they revaluate my prescription and agree. However they don't have the strength in stock and say they need to reach out to my physician to get it adjusted. Long story short, I called my Dr.'s office three times and pharmacy three times, Wed., Thurs. and Friday. (The pharmacy also called three times.) Finally, on Friday the receptionist tells me the Dr. has received the message from the pharmacy, and has 24-48 hours to respond. So, here it is, Saturday, four days later and still no resolution. I may hear something by Monday, which will be a week after my initial appointment. Horrible experience trying to get a simple issue resolved. *****"UPDATE***** On Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023, I received a message on my answering machine, requesting I call, punch in the extension and speak with someone on this issue. So, we call that same day, dial the extension and leave a message. Also called today, Nov. 13, 2023 and no answer. In summary, we called twice. Nov 9th and 13th, with no answer. Maybe it's call three times in a week, then we'll reach out to you."

"I was lucky enough after calling in the morning to get an appointment at 4 pm to see Dr. Zaleski - the last one of the day I imagined. As appointments tend to back up after lunch I was expecting a long wait to see him but in fact Tracy checked my vitals around 4:20 and I saw him about 20 minutes later. I picked up my prescription that evening and my problem had cleared up within 3 days. I think that’s service at it’s best!!"

"Making the initial appointment was not what I would call easy, lots of transfers and very backed up, call center staff not exactly overly friendly. Never the less I got one. Showed up to the appointment at 11AM, arrived on time. I filled out the three or four pages of new patient paperwork then proceeded to wait about 30 minutes. I went back to the front desk staff (none of which were friendly or provided a friendly greeting upon arrival). Informed them I had been waiting thirty minutes and if not seen within the next five minutes I would need to leave. They said they would pass along the message. I waited an additional approximately 15 minutes and still was not called. At this time I approached the front desk again, told them I was leaving and requested a refund of my co-pay. This is the point where a simple explanation or apology would have gone a long way. Instead of that I got a young woman who chose to talk down to me and roll her eyes. Essentially chiding me that waiting 43 to 45 minutes past my appointment really wasn't a big deal. On my way to my vehicle I happened to see the Dr. I was scheduled with sauntering in with what appeared to be a bag of fast food and a fountain drink. So this indicates to me the Dr. wasn't delayed dealing with other patients or some critical incident to miss my scheduled appointment by 45 minutes. In conclusion, if you appreciate friendly customer service, a nice Dr. Office or doing business with anyone who respects your time look elsewhere."
