"I cannot express how impressed I am with this facility. The staff is amazing, and they went above and beyond with my rescue "Bow" who was boarded for two days -- even taking the time to text me updates and photos! Bow has social anxiety and adjustment issues that are common with rescues, but when I picked her up, she was like a different dog. She was happy, playful and was obviously treated like a princess. Thanks to everyone at Primo!!!!"

They know every dog by name, and they have meticulous notes on what the dog needs. We have two different breeds, and they adjusted their care appropriately based upon how they were handling play time. Their pricing is very competitive. They have daily FB posts and live web cams."
