"I CAN NOT believe this facility told a patient with the alarming 400/200 blood pressure to go to URGENT CARE when that is absolutely an EMERGENCY ROOM service. The staff should know that… train your staff better on protocols that require urgent care VS emergency room and do not waste the patients time to drive all the way to urgent care when they would be advised to to go ER."
