"This office is a scam and a fraud. Left foot doesn’t know what the right foot is doing. Billing department is a nightmare and the assistants are absolutely clueless. Went in for an appointment and they stuck me in a room for a blood test. Was never told about the blood test and didn’t fast for the blood test. I stopped the assistant seconds before she put the needle in my arm and they had no idea what was happening. Now I’m fighting with the billing department over a $35 bill for an appointment that never happened. They are saying my appointment in April was covered by my visit in May wasn’t… EXCEPT I DIDN’T GO THERE IN MAY. They ask me for proof, how the heck can I prove I wasn’t there? I never got a digital or physical copy of the bill and now they are sending it to collections. You just lost a patient."
