I had to pay 16 dollars for them to call me 15 minutes late and be upset that that particular doctor hadn’t seen me. I’d just seen her assistant. She was annoyed I was booked under her and wasn’t “her” patient. I just needed the right birth control since the one they provided gave me a yeast infection every single month. She didn’t seem to care their mistake was causing me discomfort."
