"Heather Ramos is a very caring and kind person. She takes her time with me and listens to me and my concerns. As far as front desk staff & office nurse, they are rude and so “Not Friendly” and act like I’m bothering them when I call. They don’t say hello or goodbye. It’s a good thing I like going to Heather because if I was a new patient calling their office, I think I’d hang up and call another Dr. They certainly don’t represent the Dr or Heather as a place you’d want to go to be seen and get treatment. They are on the front line and are the very first people we hear when calling. A lack of good customer service is a great way to loose business and hurt the Dr.s reputation. I hope they all read this."

"The staff needs to adhere to the hours shown online. Answering service states 'maybe they're having phone issues'. It seems that they never want to answer the phones and when they do, they are rude to you."

"I visit with Dr Heather Ramous one week ago for breathing issues. She was very good and caring in the office. I was to get a nebulizer and it is now a week later and still no nebulizer. I have called the office several times and no one answers the phone. I have left messages and no one calls back. Not at all happy with this kind of care. May be time to move on."

"Heather Ramous was great. She was kind and attentive and has helped my breathing issues. The rest of the staff not so much. Rude, unfriendly and definetly not helpful. Heather prescribed meds on the 4th. 9 DAYS LATER as i am calling trying to find out why the V.A. has not sent the meds I find out that Dodie? never sent it. Seems " it is really hard to get thru", so she stopped trying. no one called me as I said Until I called there I knew nothing. She (Dodie) sd i could drive over to Safety Harbor and pick them up or she could mail. I told her I would be right over . When I got there I rang the bell and a young lady came and asked me what I wanted. Not overly friendly. When I told her I needed to see Dodie she reluctantly got her. that is when she told me it was "difficult" so she stopped. I asked the girl at the front desk If I could speak with whoever was in charge. She said no one. The person in charge was not there i left my name and number and requested a call from her. Well here we are 5 days later and no call . that is why the review is so bad they just don't care. I left there went to my friends house he dialed the FAX number got right thru and sent script. Now that was on Friday the 14th. The V.A. received it and finally put it in the system. I still have not got it because as I told them the V.A. is slow. So it is now the 19th and hopefully I should receive it next week if I am lucky. Do yourself a favor AVOID THIS PLACE!!!"

"I love this Pulmonary group. The Pulmonologists, Heather the Nurse Practitioner, the nursing staff and office staff. Heather is so kind, empathetic, very bright and always willing to take the time with each patient. She explains things and answers your questions. She always gets me in when I need it. I always get in in a timely manner. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help. They call me to follow up and see how I'm doing after I've been ill. These Physicians and their staff really care. I highly recommend this group."
