"They required I make an appointment and pay a copay every time I needed a medicine refill. Now 2 years later they are sending me a bill, which isn’t accurate due to showing payment history that never occurred. Please avoid. Ratings should be lower but the doctors rated themselves 5 stars."
"Worst experience ever. All they care about is charging money to the patients. I was charged 85$ and then when i call them that this is included in my insurance they said initially i will need to pay it, then on further checking they mentioned they charged this by mistake and i dont need to pay and then i will need to call them back after s week to check if new bill generated shows 0$ Or not. I call after 9 days to double check they are saying they need to check with doctor and i will need to call them again. As a health care service provider you should be calling for follow up’s after patient has already given all information. Again they want me to call in 1 week to check my billing status."
