"Been a patient here for 3 years, initially it was a good practice over the last couple of years the wait times have increased beyond measure. Every time I go, I wait at least an hour. Last week I waited 3 hours for an 10am appointment, I left the office at 1:15pm. They overbook appointments and have no regard for your well being or time. The office has access to my medical records but act as though they know nothing about my medical needs. I was just denied an extension on necessary medical paperwork that has been filled out at this practice for years. They claimed I was ineligible, when in fact their office has written this condition is a LIFETIME CONDITION. I do not recommend, if you value your health, quality of life and time go elsewhere."
