"I'm new to the area and I discovered Dr. Gonzalez through both google and my insurance carrier. I had my first visit today(meet and greet and 1 health issue) and found the staff, including the front desk and nurse, to be very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gonzalez appears to be a very friendly and knowledgeable Doctor, he was thorough in my exam and interested in my past health history. He ordered appropriate new tests for me and will request past records. I look forward to continuing with Dr. Gonzalez and his office as my new primary care."

"The Doctor is very good, however his staff is not helpful at ALL. The entire staff including the nurses and the referral coordinator. You call and they make you leave a message and they never call you back or follow up. When you need a referral they make you leave a message and never follow up with you. You basically have to beg them to do their work. It is a shame because the Doctor is wonderful but his staff is making people go away."

"This office staff is the most unprofessional ignorant people I have ever worked with In my life. My mother is undergoing breast cancer she's 82 years old and they would not refill or medication even though she had her blood work done because they didn't receive it from the hospital but a have confirmation they did. If you enjoy having a hard time going to the doctors and as pulling teeth to get anything resolved."

"As a new patient there were ok, i was at there office 6-8 months i was aware of there policy and how they run things. The doctor was pleasant at first but what i don't understand was the sudden change within the last few months. When i had serious concerns about my health and i had to see the doctor as soon as possible i was told they didn't have an appointment that week that they were busy. I would wind up having to go to the emergency room during hours i should of been taken care of at the office. I would leave messages letting them know the situation the urgency to see the doctor but I never got a phone call until hours later. By the time they returned my messages i was on my way to the hospital. Those occasion's i was having difficult breathing and another time i was having abdominal pain. I'm so disapointed of the way i was treated and the care i didn't get from them and this kind of treatment is not professional at all. And to those that have been treated fairly I'm happy for you and I wish you well."

"Worst patient care experience. Their office staff is not helpful. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroid 10 years ago and have been under Medication since. In years of my condition I have always went to a specialist endocrinologist. When recommended Dr. Norberto Gonzalez I trusted he will be my family doctor as he promised he will be the Doctor Who cares for my condition. I have been seen in this office for a less than one year and I know that every 6 months I must take blood work to ensure I am ok ‘’EVERY 6 MONTHS’’ I have taken one blood test (6 MONTHS AGO)and was due for another one soon. They office denied to refill my thyroid prescription for at least one weeks while I get my blood work done. The post "Tony Peral" is from my husband and all is true. As a patient I am very sad and was very upset to how I was treated. I don’t think the office understands the life threating of this situation and what it can do to me if I stop this medication. Because they refused to refill, I mentioned I will get an endocrinologist and they close me out as a patient. YOU ARE A FAMILY DOCTOR OFFICE I AM ALLOW TO GET TREATED FROM A SPECIALIST. I really hope this does not happen to anyone else and if you are a new patient I highly do not recommend this place as a family doctor."
