"I have brought my elderly mom twice to this facility for imaging - an Ultrasound & MRI - and both times “we’ve” had no issues. Mom has been attended professionally and fairly timely by the medical staff. Images have been clear and available within 3-4 days which isn’t unusual. I would say the desk staff is average though but it’s the medical rendering and conduct towards my mom that matters most to me."

"I was recently at the Spring Lake Orlando Health Imaging Center and the experience was far from professional. When I arrived the inside had the lights extremely dem so you knew the doctor offices were closed. There was no one at the guest service lobby desk. It was a very bizarre eerie feeling. I arrived at 5:45pm 30min prior to my 6:15pm apt. as instructed to do so. The lady at check in was on her phone handed me a clipboard with a few questions to fill out and I returned it to her within 5-7min. She told me to have a seat and I would be called. I was the only patient sitting in the open waiting area. They had house keeping cleaning, vacuuming, mopping etc. and they were not wearing masks properly. Like what is going on at this place?! Finally an hour after my arrival time I get called to have my MRI. The tech was friendly, but did not talk or communicate anything to me while I was inside the machine. I have had several MRI’s in the past where I’m told when they are about to start another sequence and about how long it will last. After I was finished she told me that the results would be ready in about 2-days. Usually they are within 24hours or less. The results were not ready for 5-days. I definitely do not recommend having your imaging tests done at this location."

"Nice facility however that will never compensate for the lack of customer service or sense of urgency. If you are sent here, clear your entire schedule and plan to be here way longer than expected. This is my 3rd visit and every single time, there has been an issue with the schedule, a technician running late or the entire department running behind."

"I will say the facility and staff are wonderfull; however this hospital group has an issue posting payments corrctly and changing the amount due. Beware the billings department. I paid at the desk for services after calling in advance to find out how much thos will coat me. I paid the amount quoted and those services were given. Now a month later their sending me a bill that does not show the payment I made at the location or reflect the correct rate quoted by the rep at the site. I've now wasted 30 minutes of my time today speaking with them. Yes they are contacting location to get payment corrected and will send an updated billing....still with incorrect pricing and yet more of my time spent. Fyi this is the second bill from this group where they have had issues billing correctly. The other while awhile ago they send me a bill over a year after service my insurance company paid and they say and it shows on my statements paid. Again great service but beware the billing department if you care not to have to waste your time later fixing their errors."
