"After years of going there they dropped me as a patient and told me to get a referral from my Primary care, but they were my primary care. The people are nice mostly but they need to get their situation together."
"I gave this office 2 days to see if the doctor accepted my insurance and sure enough didn't receive the call back about it. But sure shot and dandy you charged me for the app. . How about you compensate me for the wasted time of waiting for the reply to know if it would BE OUT OF POCKET OR IN NETWORK! TY ......."
"I am sharing this so others can be aware. I went with my 2 kids on the 21st of August to be tested for covid. I am pregnant btw.. I was never notified my results until today. I had to call the health department administration several times to finally get our results. Luckily we all tested negative and I am a stay at home mom but if I had to get back to work I am unsure how we would of made out. Also my kids luckily had no symptoms so after quarantening for 10 days they were able to go back. The nurses there had no gloves or masks on when handing our test kits either. When I called I was given 2 numbers to check my results and they weren't even in service. I called again and was told very rudely"everybody getting tested, whatcha expect???" Well I was told results would be in within 2 or 3 days sooo.. Don't go here for testing. Extremely unprofessional and I am pretty sure they lost my contact information because the Clermont office had to call me and ask for it. I understand being short staffed and a lot of people are being tested but I was able to be tested twice after at Walgreens and get my results in a few hours to a day. Tighten up umatilla.."
"It is a cheap place to go for health care and the workers do try to find other free care and programs for you. But it is true how *s l o w* the workers are here ... And they mess up paperwork, can't seem to get it straight, management sucks in this place and for being public servants, they should be embarrassed with all their mistakes and late appointments but this is the fault of the management... I don't think they get paid that well but it's a cake walk job so there is no stress... except for having to deal with patients who understandably complain. But the nurses and doctors are kind... the workers at the front desk need a severe overhaul in customer service... And they need to understand that this is a very small town... And when you are rude and disrespectful to patients, the whole town will know who you are within an hour. There's no reason to be rude or unkind or unprofessional as a public servant, I don't care how upset the customer is ... The workers need training on how to help an upset customer...not disrespect them. The attitude of all public servants should be 'HOW can we help you?' not 'HOW can we figure out NOT to help you.' ... Why not start today?"
"My midwife Veronica Wright is very good. The staff is always friendly and helpful."
