In our opinion they have their staff trying to do too much multi-tasking so they cannot keep up and cannot be 5 people therefore it is no wonder why all the errors and mix ups."

"To put it mildly they just don't care about their patients. They don't care about medicine and helping people all they care about is the paperwork. The Santa Barbara office has the rudest office manager. Her name is Amber avoided all course she does not interested in helping you. Took my husband there today who is 84 years old and is doubled over in pain. Had him in the emergency room on Thursday and an appointment for a hospital follow-up visit today. Because of a clerical error they would not allow him to go back to see the doctor until we straightened out the clerical error. I think there would have been a better way to handle this. Rather than let a 84 man doubled over in pain walk out without."

"This place owes me $1400 from an appointment I went to where their equipment did not work. I was offered a refund in MAY. It is now almost 8 months later I am still getting the run around from the Assistant Director of Operations MELISSA GRIZZEL. They have actually held my money since November 2021 and continued to not schedule my additional services into the existing treatment plan so they have had my money for over a year now and won’t give it back! I am a single mother on a fixed income and I am just blown away that they are not doing anything to resolve this matter even after I have pleaded with them. You have to be a special kind of lowlife to steal from a single mom…and at Christmas nonetheless! I’m not the only one they have done this to either, check out the reviews on yelp and google. This is a scam operation! BUYER BEWARE!!!"
