"I don't like this place.... the doctor is rude there."

"I had to give it a star to be able to write a review! My mom and dad requested an appointment with them in January and were given an appointment for March. When we called to confirm the appointment, it wasn't on the system. We ended up going to the office to request a new one and to also get the new patient paperwork. While we were there, the lady gave them a new appointment for April, which we waited for her to enter it in the system for about 35 minutes, and then she gave us the paperwork to fill it out before the visit. Today I call to confirm the appointment and another lady told us that they didn't have no appointment what so ever! So I tell her I have the cards with the appointments they gave us and she told us that the other lady didn't save it into the system. WORST SERVICE EVER! They want us to make another appointment. Yeah Right! I do highly recommend them to hire staff that knows about medical records keeping and not some particular just to save a few bucks!"
